How Uber helped me through a career transition

Lost my corporate job at 52. Thought my career was over. Uber gave me income while I figured things out. Two years later, I found a new career path and Uber paid the bills in between. Grateful for the flexibility!

This resonates so much. I'm 48 and in a similar situation. Uber has been a lifeline while I figure out my next chapter. The flexibility to interview while still earning is invaluable.

Love this perspective! Uber gets a bad rap but it really is an amazing safety net. No other "job" lets you work whenever you want with zero commitment. Glad it worked out for you!
