The built-in tracker is okay but I use Toggl alongside it for personal records. What tools do you all use?

Clockify is my go-to alongside Upwork tracker. Free and syncs across devices. Great for understanding where your time actually goes.

I just use the Upwork tracker for hourly and simple spreadsheet for fixed-price. Don't overcomplicate it!
