Upwork vs Fiverr vs direct clients - what's your split?

I do about 60% Upwork, 30% direct, 10% Fiverr. Trying to reduce platform dependency. What does your client mix look like?

I'm 80% Upwork now but actively trying to move clients off-platform after projects end. The 10% fee adds up!

Direct clients are best for income but Upwork is great for pipeline. I use it to find clients then convert them.
