I use Google Calendar with color coding for different platforms. Also set reminders 1 hour and 15 minutes before each session.

I sync UserInterviews calendar with Google Calendar automatically. Never missed a session since I started doing this.

Apple Calendar works great too. The key is having reminders. I set 3: day before, hour before, 15 min before.
