The live show part is honestly fun for me. It's the packing and shipping afterward that's killing my motivation some weeks.

Strongly agree. After a big show, packing and labeling everything takes longer than the show itself some weeks.

Batching all my shipping into one dedicated block right after each show instead of trickling it out over days has helped a lot with this.
