First show was rough - here's what I'd do differently

Ran my first show last week. Energy was low, I ran out of things to say about half the items, and viewership dropped off fast after the first 20 minutes. Wanted to share what I'm changing for show 2 in case it helps someone else.

Everyone's first show is rough from what I've seen. What category are you in?

Vintage tees. Writing out actual talking points per item ahead of time helped a ton going into show 2, way less dead air.

Watching a few established sellers' full shows beforehand helped me a lot with pacing too, worth doing before you go live again.
