You don't need expensive lights! Two $30 softbox lights from Amazon plus a ring light for fill gives you a clean, professional look. Positioning is more important than price.

Position matters so much! Key light at 45 degrees, fill light opposite, and a hair light behind. Sounds complex but YouTube tutorials explain it well.

Natural light from a window is free and looks amazing. I shoot all my talking head videos near my window during golden hour.
