How do you stay motivated during the slow growth phase?

Been at this for 8 months now, only at 2.3K subscribers. I know growth takes time but some days are really discouraging. What keeps you going during the plateau periods?

Focus on the process, not the numbers! I spent my first year at 500 subs but I was learning SO much about editing and storytelling. That investment paid off later.

I literally covered my analytics for 3 months and just focused on making videos I was proud of. Game changer for my mental health and ironically, growth improved!
