Don't just post random Shorts! I clip the most engaging moments from my long videos and add a CTA at the end. This strategy brought 40% of my new subs last month.

This is smart! I've been posting random Shorts without any strategy. Going to start clipping from my best-performing long videos and adding end CTAs.

The CTA is key! "Full video on my channel" or pin a comment linking to the full video. Shorts viewers can definitely convert to long-form subscribers.
