How much does a mentor cost?

Each mentor sets their own prices. 1:1 chat, video and group offerings can be monthly subscriptions or one-time payments, and templates are usually one-time. The price and billing type are shown on every offering before checkout. See typical price ranges.

Can I get a refund?

There's no separate mentorship refund policy right now; our Terms say fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from My Purchases → Manage billing so you aren't charged again. If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll look into it. Contact support.

How are mentors vetted?

Applicants submit proof of results for each hustle they want to mentor, such as earnings screenshots or links to their store or profiles. Our team reviews every application and can request more proof before a profile goes live. Mentors are paid through their own Stripe accounts and keep 80% of each sale.

Can I message a mentor before buying?

Yes. Every mentor profile has a Contact Mentor button that opens a direct message once you're signed in, so you can ask questions before you buy.

What if there's no mentor for my hustle yet?

Follow a mentor in a related hustle, or ask in that hustle's community hub. You can also let us know which hustle you need a mentor for. Tell us what you need.
